Inspired by tropical palomas, pineapple agua fresca, and the Theo habit of adding one unexpected savory note.

Story

Theo wanted a tall drink with tropical juice and a little more edge than the usual sweet pour. Cracked black pepper wakes up the pineapple, while lime and sparkling water keep the glass bright. Shake it, stack it with ice, and let the patio session begin.
