A home-friendly twist on toasted ravioli, using air fryer crunch for speed and less oil.

Story

Whenever we order ravioli out, someone always steals the last crispy piece off the plate. These bites solve that problem at home, because you can make a whole batch in about half an hour. I like setting out warm marinara and letting everyone grab and dip as they walk through the kitchen.

Instructions

  1. Set up a breading station, beat eggs in one bowl. In another bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip ravioli in egg, let excess drip, then press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400 F for 3 minutes. Spray the basket lightly.
  4. Arrange ravioli in a single layer. Spray tops lightly. Air fry 6 minutes, flip, then air fry 4 to 6 minutes more until deep golden.
  5. Warm marinara in a small pot or microwave while the ravioli finish.
  6. Serve ravioli bites hot with marinara for dipping. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan if you like.
